Squirrels
Squirrels nibble in the dark,
While other creatures
Sleep in the dark.

Penguins Everywhere
Penguins, penguins everywhere!
Go to Antarctica and right where you are –
Poof!
There’s a penguin!

Swinging
Swinging high, swinging low,
I see a farmer with a hoe.
I see trees. I see flowers.
I am swinging for hours!

Writing
Writing is like
Dancing on a piece
Of paper all around
The page, words and
Punctuations coming
Together like men and
Women engaged. Why
Are words like
That? We will never
Know the fact
That makes words beautiful
As all paper can
Show.

To Whom It May Concern
To Whom It May Concern:
One day I was playing Four-Grid Tic-Tac-Toe (x8) as my homework assignment, and there were only two spaces left on the game sheet (42 and 72), when I realized that 42 is not a multiple of 8!
On page 95 in the book Dice Activities for Multiplication Grades 3-6 you will find this typo (the 42 is a multiple of 8 one). In the bottom left area you will find this mistake.
It would be to my best liking if you fixed this typo, for kids might start to think 42 is a multiple of 8 when it actually isn’t. After all, the goal of having the games is for kids to learn multiplication. Correct multiplication. But if you have a number that isn’t a multiple then they aren’t learning correct multiplication. Which is why I’m asking you to fix this mistake. Please forward this on to the author of the book so it can get fixed.
